Can I have an exchange or refund on my order?
We love our collection and we hope you love it too. However, on the chance you feel your purchase is not quite what you were looking for, we will happily exchange or refund your order as long as it is within 14 days of date of delivery.
No refunds or exchanges on Jewellery or Bags unless faulty.
Please note we will not REFUND OR EXCHANGE ON SALE ITEMS unless faulty.
Exchange & Refund Conditions:
You must notify Burton’s Shoes within 48 hours of receiving your item that you would like to exchange / refund the item and it must be returned to Burton’s Shoes in the original packaging and condition within 14 days of receiving your order.
You will be responsible for any costs incurred in returning the item/s to Burton’s Shoes. It is advisable to return the package via a traceable postage service. Burton’s Shoes will not be liable for or refund the cost of postage on the original order UNLESS the item is faulty.
Items must not have been worn, used or tags removed and must be returned in the condition in which they were received.
How will my payment be refunded:
