Pickup your order for free during business hours from our store at 185 Kingaroy Street, Kingaroy, QLD 4610.
Alternatively, we offer flat rate shipping Australia-wide for $15.
DISPATCH / COURIER
We aim to dispatch your online order within 1-2 business days.
We use Australia Post for all deliveries and you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your order is dispatched. If your order needs a signature on delivery, Australia Post may not be able to deliver your order if no-one is available to accept it. The normal Australia Post missed delivery process would then have to be followed to re-arrange delivery or pick-up.
LOST IN TRANSIT
Burton's Shoes does not provide a refund on item/s that are lost in transit as this is outside of our control.
